With rights come responsibilities, and the OLCC licenses allowing all dispensaries to sell cannabis products in Oregon include limits on how much customers, medical and recreational, are allowed to purchase each business day.
Here is what the law allows all patrons in Oregon to purchase in a single day:
(A) One ounce of usable marijuana; 28g
(B) 16 ounces of a cannabinoid product in solid form (Edibles); This is net weight of product.
(C) 72 ounces of a cannabinoid product in liquid form (Cannabis drinks and tinctures);
(D) Five grams of cannabinoid extracts or concentrate, whether sold alone or contained in an inhalant delivery system (carts, oil, RSO);
(E) Four immature marijuana plants; and
(F) Ten marijuana seeds.
Thank you for your understanding.
